Good News / Bad
News Message
(This is a script for after you have left several messages,
and you are ready to try the "Take Away" approach.)
Hi (prospects name),
This is (your name) calling again.
(prospects name), I've got some good news, and I've got some bad news.
The good news is, business is going great! Our last ad campaign was really
successful and we had hundreds of applicants who asked to be contacted for more
information. I called and spoke with as many as I could, and we've chosen
several new associates to mentor and help them make 6-figures this year. They
are exactly what we were looking for... motivated, teachable, and
dependable. Some of them have already made a substantial profit... just since
you first asked for more information! Bottom line is that we've got a great
team.
Bad news is, doesn't look like you are going to be part of it.
I can only assume, since I never heard back from you, that you changed your
mind about starting a sussessful business. But that's okay, (prospects name),
it's not the right time for everybody, and since you didn't call me back, I'm
assuming it just wasn't the right time for you. This will be my last call to
you. I am going to scratch you off my list, so I don't waste either of our
time.
(prospects name), My door is always open. Down the road, when you DO get
serious about starting a business, or if you come across someone who is, you
are welcome to call me back. I'm sure you have my number from my previous
messages. I wish you every success. Goodbye.
(Don't leave your number this time!!
This is the magic of this call.)
